Description:
The 30 denier parachute ripstop nylon with silicon impregnation weighs only 1.35 oz per sq yard. It is incredibly strong and resilient. The Siltarp2 is designed for groups of 2 - 3 people looking for a lightweight shelter, tent awning, wind shelter or gear storage shelter. At 14 oz it is light enough to take on all trips.

 

The Siltarp2 has a seam down the centre of the 10 ft length, which provides extra strength but does require manual sealing (Silnet seam sealant provided). There is 1 lightweight nylon tie loop sewn to a reinforced centre patch and there are 16 lightweight nylon webbing loops sewn to the corners and at 2 ft intervals along the edges. These loops facilitate a variety of set ups on trekking poles, off trees or onto tents..
