Rock Pitons have many uses, but are especially useful for unforeseeable situations such as retreats or accidents. Stubai has been hand-forging these tools for many years.
This soft metal piton fits small cracks exactly, with the head turned 90 degrees.
- 50 mm (F): weight 80 g
- 70 mm (F): weight 90 g
- 90 mm (F): weight 110 g
In accordance with EN 569, Stubai differentiates between safety pitons (S) and pitons for progressing (F).
