Its successor, the Zero G 88, has been designed from the ground up to better suit the needs of most backcountry skiers. With performance and sustainability in mind, Blizzard is utilizing significantly less carbon relative to the classic Zero G line, opting for a new Trueblend Tour wood core with ash reinforcement to provide a smooth, damp flex profile. Fear not - the Zero G 88 is still a lightweight ski! With the new core, skiers can expect a more compliant and smoother ride that is capable of a variety of turn shapes. With a nod to the fast and light community, Blizzard has added a tip notch to the Zero G 88, giving you the option to use a race-style tip bungee for faster transitions.
