Price Match Policy

Neptune Mountaineering will gladly match advertised prices from other “brick & mortar” stores that are located in the Colorado area. The item must be an exact match (same size, color, model year) from a retailer who has the item in stock. This “price match guarantee” is available only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

Price Adjust Policy

Purchases made within 5 days prior to a change in price and within applicable promotional limits, are eligible for a price adjustment issued in the form of a store credit (in-store) or a Neptune Mountaineering gift card (online at neptunemountaineering.com).
